Wherever you are in Queensland or Northern NSW, post your gown to our Bundall workroom on the Gold Coast. We clean it by hand, email you before and after photos, and send it home packed in a wedding gown box.

How it works

You do two steps. We do the rest.

    Book online

    Choose 1–2 layers ($499) or 3 or more layers ($599), plus the $129 wedding gown box ($628 or $728 total), and pay securely.

  2. 02

    Post your gown, veil and skirt together

    Pack them in one box no larger than 40 × 30 × 15 cm (under 5 kg). Click I'm ready to post in your confirmation email and we email you a prepaid Australia Post QR code within 1 business day.

  3. 03

    We clean it and send it home

    Arrival photos, specialist cleaning, after-cleaning photos, then home in the wedding gown box by tracked Australia Post.

$2,500 Transit Protection, Both Ways

Your gown is covered for $2,500 on the way to us and $2,500 on the way home. Cover applies if your gown is lost during shipping, subject to carrier terms.

How much does it cost? +

Cleaning is $499 for a gown with 1–2 layers, or $599 for 3 or more layers, plus the $129 wedding gown box: $628 or $728 in total. This includes specialist cleaning, the wedding gown box, before and after photos, postage to us up to $25 and tracked return delivery.

Is postage covered wherever I am? +

For a box no larger than 40 × 30 × 15 cm under 5 kg, yes. Australia Post charges a fixed Parcel Post price up to 5 kg anywhere in Australia ($24.45 for own packaging from 3 to 5 kg, as at 1 July 2026), which is within our $25 allowance. If a parcel costs more, we ask you for the difference after it arrives.

Is my gown protected in the post? +

Yes. Your gown is covered for $2,500 on the way to us and $2,500 on the way home. Cover applies if your gown is lost during shipping, subject to carrier terms.

Can I send my veil and skirt too? +

Yes. Your gown, veil and skirt are all included in the price. Please pack them together in the same box. Jewellery, handbags and bouquets are not included.
