Privacy & Collection Notice

This notice is from ZKW Investment Pty Ltd (ABN 23 623 758 216), trading as Gold Coast Dry Cleaning Specialists (“GCDC”, “we”), Shop 10, 21–29 Ashmore Road, Bundall QLD 4217. It explains what we collect when you order our wedding dress postal service or use our wedding dress pages, and how we use it.
When you place an order
We collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, suburb and postcode, the gown option you choose and any notes you add. We use them to:
- process and deliver your order, send the gown box and return your cleaned gown;
- send your order confirmation and tax invoice by email, and order updates by SMS;
- contact you about your order.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
When you browse our wedding dress pages
To understand how visitors use these pages, for example how many reach the booking form and where they stop, we record:
- the pages you view and the booking steps you reach (not what you type into the form);
- your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop);
- how you arrived: the referring website’s domain, campaign tags, and the Google Ads click ID if you came from one of our ads (kept in a cookie for 30 days);
- a random visitor ID, kept in a cookie for 90 days, and a random session ID that is cleared when you close the tab.
This browsing record does not include your name, email, phone, address or card details. Because the random IDs can recognise the same browser on a later visit, we treat this information as personal information.
Advertising
We use Google Ads conversion tracking on these pages. Google may set cookies and receive information about your visit, including whether you started or completed a booking. You can manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Your choices
- If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, our own page tracking does not run and sets no cookies. These signals do not switch off the Google Ads tag; use Google’s ad settings above for that.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use these service providers to run the service:

Some of this information is stored or processed outside Australia. Our database is hosted in India (Mumbai), and Stripe, Google and Lark may process information in other countries.
How long we keep it
- Browsing records: the visitor ID and ad click ID are removed after 90 days, and the records are deleted after 13 months.
- Order records: kept for 5 years for tax and business record-keeping.
Security and access
Your information is stored in access-controlled systems. It is not publicly readable, and only GCDC management can access it.
