We're hiring across the Coast

Work with a team that
takes pride in the craft.

Seven stores, over 20 teammates, and five decades of serving the Gold Coast. If you care about doing quality work and being part of a reliable team, we'd like to meet you.

What you can expect
Stable, long-running business
Operating on the Gold Coast since the 1970s — we're here for the long run.
Training provided
No dry cleaning experience needed for most roles — we'll teach you the craft.
Flexible shifts
Full-time, part-time and casual positions across seven stores.
Real team, not a turnover mill
Many of our team have been with us 5, 10, even 20+ years.
What you actually get

Benefits that show up in your pay and your day.

Real stuff, not perks stickers. Here's what joining the team actually means.

$

Award-rate pay, paid on time

Base rates, penalty rates, super and leave in line with the Dry Cleaning and Laundry Industry Award.

Paid training from day one

Operators, finishers and tailors are trained on the job. You're on the clock while you learn.

Staff discount on dry cleaning

Your own garments — and your immediate family's — at a discounted rate at any of our seven stores.

Paid trial shifts

The final step of hiring is a paid trial shift. A few hours in the store so both sides know it's a fit before anyone commits.

Long-service & annual bonuses

We reward people who stick around. Annual bonuses and long-service recognition for team members who invest their careers with us.

Promote from within

Our supervisors and senior operators came up inside the team. Prove yourself and there's a path, not a ceiling.

Roles we regularly hire

There's a spot for different skills.

Submit your resume even if you don't see an exact match — we keep applications on file for upcoming openings.

Dry Cleaning Operator

Spotting, machine operation, and garment handling. Attention to detail matters more than prior experience.

Presser & Finisher

Finishing suits, shirts and dresses to a high standard. Steady hands and care for the final product.

Counter / Customer Service

Front-of-store role. Helping customers, writing tickets, and keeping the store running smoothly.

Driver / Delivery

Inter-store transfers and corporate/hotel runs. Open driver's licence and a reliable attitude.

Store Supervisor

Running a store day-to-day, coordinating small teams, and owning quality and turnaround on site.

Tailor / Alterations

Hems, waistbands, suit adjustments, bridal and formalwear alterations. Skilled machine work — ideal for experienced tailors and sewers.

Other / Casual

Holiday cover, weekend shifts, back-of-house support. Tell us what you're looking for.

How we work

A small team that takes the craft seriously.

Five decades running stores on the Gold Coast teaches you a few things. These are the non-negotiables.

Quality over volume

We'd rather do fewer garments brilliantly than rush and send something out wrong. If that's how you work too, you'll fit in fast.

Honest with customers, honest with each other

Fixed pricing is our promise to customers — the same standard applies inside the team. If something's off, we say so directly, not behind anyone's back.

Long tenure, real team

Many of our people have been with us 5, 10, even 20+ years. We invest in you long-term, not as seasonal labour.

Family business, not a chain

Operating on the Gold Coast since the 1970s. No distant corporate office — decisions are made locally, by people you'll actually meet.
